I would like to know the exact source for the information you publish.

Good October, guys. I'm sure you guys are working diligently to push this product as soon as possible.

Just wondered if 2018 is still likely and if you have any firmer idea of the timeline for launch. Thanks for your work on this.

I was hoping and was told it would be out last year. Is 2019 finally the year this happens? Also, can we get at least an estimated date of release and some regular updates? My son was a junior in high school when this was announced. He's now graduated college and working in his career. I'm sure the scenery is amazing, but the time this has taken has only been made more challenging by the lack of consistent information on progress.

It looks like the last time Shez replied about this was October of 2018.  I sure hope KDTW isn't dead, or even worse, I hope that Shez is not ill.  He usually keeps us updated.

His KPHL scenery is fantastic, but I wonder if KDTW was too much for him to do?  I know there were a lot of screenshots but it's been quite a while.

I hope he's ok.

I hope he's ok as well.

Is he the only one working on it at this point?

Just relax people, it will be done when its done. I'm sure Shez is not ill, maybe he is a little sick of always being asked if DTW is done yet  ;D
As far as I know his part is done, we are waiting for a 2nd party to finish up their part of the project.

I live 20 miles from DTW so I want it done just as much as the next guy but we just have to be patient. It will be free so we have to show some respect. I know I sure as heck couldn't do it any better or faster.

With all due respect, PWJT8D, it is not disrespectful to ask in a polite and respectful manner what the status is for KDTW.  And, asking for status updates is not asking him to do things any faster or better.  Asking us to "just relax" is demeaning and condescending.

All people are asking for is a status update!  Is that really asking for too much?

PWJT8D, thanks, but frankly, telling anyone to relax regarding a project that has been in the works for going on 7 years, with inconsistent updates and responses, is almost laughable.
