These three effects were missing or incorrect in the installer.
Two are for the de-icers at the west end of the apron, the other is for the helipad at Penns Landing on the Delaware river south of the Ben Franklin bridge.

Just unzip and dump contents into your effects folder.

Thank you Sir - that fixed it!  Now to try and find that Helipad you referred to.

Hey guys, what kinda effects should I be seeing now?  I see in the pic a helicopter but I flew through there yesterday and didn't see anything moving.  The cars that are parked there seem to be sunken into the terrain, too.  Thoughts?

While at Penns Landing Heliport, I noticed that the beacon on top of building is not connected to anything (see below screenies)...Also, would it be possible to add a Starting-Point/ICAO on that pad?

I'll move the cars up a hair and the beacon also.
The effect at the heliport is just for the red edge lights.

That would be an AFCAD addition.

Correct...I thought that since you're doing a SP, it would be a nice gesture to add an AFCAD to Penns Landing Heliport (e.g. KPH1), cause a lot of copters fly in and out of there, and it would be great for us copter pilots. If you decide not to, no problem. I'll just add it on my end...

If you are going to put in an ICAO for Penns Landing, might as well use the real one, P72  ;D
